I USED
potatoes and sweet potatoes
rosemary
olive oil with garlic and dried chili pepper
sea salt
prosciutto
mozzarella
I DID
chop the potatoes in slices and covered them with the oil, rosemary and sea salt.
put the potatoes in the oven for about 15 minutes.
remove them from oven and add prosciutto and mozzarella.
put them back in the oven for another 15 minutes.
